Check-In

• From 3 pm to 6 pm
• If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know in advance

Check-Out

• 9:30 am at the latest

• The deposit is approx. 30 % of the total price. We will inform you of the exact amount in the reservation confirmation.
• The reservation is confirmed after the receipt of the deposit.
• You can pay the remaining amount in cash or transfer it in advance free of charge (unfortunately card payment is not possible)
• No subletting or change of persons within the booking period is allowed.

Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation conditions according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total arrangement price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price
• 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price

The indicated prices are per day and apartment for weekly bookings (7 nights) and an occupancy of 2 persons at apartment Top1 and 4 persons at apartment Top 2 and Top 3.

Local taxes are not included and the amount is 5 euros pro person/day, free until 15 years old.

From 2024-01-01 to 2024-12-31 children born in year 2009 and younger are free.

From 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31 children born in year 2010 and younger are free.

From 2026-01-01 to 2026-12-31 children born in year 2011 and younger are free.

The final cleaning is already included in the price.

The traditional bakery in our village provides you with fresh, crispy bread and pastry specialties. These can be ordered daily by us on request. (not included in the price).

Our ski room with heated ski boot dryer is available to our guests free of charge.

All our apartments are non-smoking areas.

Free parking is available directly at our house.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.
